We are so excited to bring the Art Lab to Glenmore Road Public School on Friday afternoons from 3:30pm to 5.00pm. Our art classes are process-based, all our instructors are practicing artists who will introduce children to a range of mediums that aim to inspire creative thinking, while teaching fine art techniques. We will cover classical drawing techniques, colour theory and colour mixing, painting, ceramics, textile design and botanical illustration. We also look at Art History. Even our youngest students will be taught the foundations of drawing. All students work towards our annual end of year Exhibition. Creativity inspires critical thinking and encourages curiosity and individuality. Essential skills for an ever-changing world. All our classes are taught in an eco friendly, safe and nurturing environment. Class will be taught at GRPS and all materials will be supplied. If you would like to book an Afterschool course using your Creative Kids Voucher, please book your class online then email us the voucher. (You will need to also provide your child’s full name, date of birth and voucher number) Class is to take place on site at GRPS in the classroom at the back of the hall. Children will make their own way to the classroom for their art class and pick up will be at the classroom door at 5pm sharp. #Prices include GST # By booking this service you have read and agree to the terms and conditions on the Art Lab School website.
